Grayson's Gorge UAE specialises in the sale of handcrafted Damascus steel knives and related accessories. Each knife is crafted using traditional forging techniques and may exhibit slight variations in pattern, grain or finish — this is inherent to the nature of Damascus steel and constitutes part of its authenticity and value.

Photographs and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, Grayson's Gorge UAE shall not be held liable for minor differences between the delivered product and its representation on the website, particularly with regard to colour rendering on different screens or the unique character of each hand-forged piece.

Article 4 – Orders

Customers may place orders directly on graysonsforge.com. Any order implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. A confirmation email is sent to the customer once the order has been validated.

Grayson's Gorge UAE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

• A product being out of stock or unavailable

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• An error in product description or pricing

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

Article 5 – Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Grayson's Gorge UAE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in their country of delivery.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Any other payment method made available on the website

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS-certified payment provider. Grayson's Gorge UAE does not store any payment card data on its servers.

Article 7 – Delivery

Grayson's Gorge UAE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, carrier delays, etc.).

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item or request an exchange, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that custom-made or personalised knives are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are produced to the customer's specific requirements.

The purchase of knives and bladed products on graysonsforge.com is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or over. Grayson's Gorge UAE cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the products sold on its website.
